Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 2026. How Vetlaz collects, protects, and handles your data.

1. Overview and Core Commitment

At Vetlaz, we respect your privacy and adhere strictly to transparent data security principles. We provide AI-assisted LinkedIn drafting and publishing services built exclusively on official LinkedIn APIs. We never use browser automation, never scrape your session cookies, and never access private personal messages.

2. Data We Collect

To provide personalized writing analysis and publishing capabilities, we collect the following:

  • Account Identity: Your name, email address, LinkedIn public profile identifier, and avatar provided during LinkedIn OAuth authorization.
  • Writing Exemplars: The historical public posts you voluntarily paste into your dashboard to train your few-shot voice profile.
  • Generated Content: Post drafts, scheduling dates, and post statuses created within your workspace.
  • Billing Metadata: Transaction identifiers and payment confirmation status managed securely through Razorpay. We do not store credit card numbers on our servers.

3. Token Encryption and LinkedIn Integration

Your LinkedIn access tokens are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM encryption. Tokens are decrypted strictly in ephemeral memory when our backend publishes a draft you have explicitly reviewed and scheduled. Tokens expire automatically after 60 days in accordance with official LinkedIn developer guidelines.

4. AI Inference and Data Isolation

We interface with secure inference APIs (including Groq and OpenAI) solely to process your prompts in real time. Your writing samples and post drafts are never used to train public foundational AI models, nor are they shared with third-party data brokers.

5. Data Retention and Account Deletion

You may delete your account and all associated writing samples, profiles, and scheduled drafts at any time from your account settings. Upon deletion, your encrypted LinkedIn access tokens are immediately purged from our database.
