1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Vetlaz (vetlaz.com), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue platform use immediately.
2. Nature of the Service
Vetlaz is a writing assistant that analyzes your past writing style to generate draft LinkedIn posts and publish them via official LinkedIn OAuth APIs. Vetlaz is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by LinkedIn Corporation.
3. Intellectual Property and Content Ownership
You retain full, unrestricted intellectual property ownership of all post samples you upload, drafts generated for your account, and content published to your LinkedIn profile. Vetlaz claims no ownership over your writing samples or published content.
4. Editorial Responsibility
AI-assisted drafts provided by Vetlaz are generated for your review, refinement, and final approval. You are solely responsible for verifying the factual accuracy, legality, and professional appropriateness of any content published to your LinkedIn feed.
5. Access Passes and Payment Terms
Vetlaz offers non-expiring one-time access passes (Creator Pass and Agency Pass) processed securely via Razorpay (UPI, netbanking, and credit/debit cards). Access passes provide uninterrupted service for the duration specified (30 days or 90 days). Passes do not trigger hidden recurring auto-debits without explicit consent. You may export all your drafts at any time, even after pass expiry.
6. Prohibited Conduct
Users may not use Vetlaz to generate automated spam, harassment, hate speech, misleading claims, or content that violates LinkedIn's User Agreement and Community Policies. Accounts violating these guidelines will be terminated immediately.
